At Lehman Industrial Coating, we provide full-service industrial coating solutions for manufacturers, OEMs, and fabricators in Akron and Northeast Ohio. Our facility handles parts of all sizes and is fully equipped for industrial sandblasting, liquid coatings, and powder coatings, using advanced prep and application methods to ensure durable, precise finishes for custom projects or full production runs.
Industrial Sandblasting
Our industrial sandblasting services prepare parts of any shape or size, using aluminum oxide or specialized media to meet SSPC-SP standards. With a 33 ft × 22 ft × 20 ft blast room, heavy-duty tow motors, and adjustable jigs, we ensure clean, consistent surfaces for maximum coating adhesion.
Industrial Coating
Our liquid coating services include Zinc-Rich Epoxy Primer, Epoxy Primer, Polyurethane, Acrylic Enamel, and Alkyds. Sandblasted to a white-metal finish, parts are coated in our 12 ft × 9 ft × 23 ft spray booth and cured in a matching bake oven to deliver reliable, high-quality finishes every time. We have also recently added a 40ft long by 15 ft wide and 21 ft tall booth that allows us to tackle even bigger projects!
Powder Coating
Our powder coating services provide durable, high-performance finishes for parts of all sizes. With an 8 ft × 8 ft × 25 ft natural gas oven and stocked RAL colors like 9010, 7010, Matte Black, and Safety Orange, we can quickly accommodate custom colors or large batches while ensuring long-lasting, professional results.
